Barbara Marshfield and Mark Bates of Heart and Home Studios produce a range of beautiful, contemporary art and craft works.
Barbara is a sculptor, focusing on hand carved pieces in wood and stone. She also draws abstracts in pen and ink and makes glass mosaics.
Mark is a printmaker and bookbinder producing hand-bound notebooks and sketchbooks, and hand printed linocut cards. As a couple we often work collaboratively to develop ideas.
We also run occasional workshops and classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, mosaic and bookbinding. Go to the booking page to find out what’s on.
Barbara runs a monthly drawing club in Redhill. The next meeting of Drawing Club is November 2nd. We will be meeting from now on at the Garibaldi pub on Mill Street Redhill RH1 6PA. The Club is for over 16s. Please go to the booking page to secure your place.
